Centrála cestovního ruchu Východní Moravy (East-Moravian Tourist Authority) coordinates the development of tourism in the tourist region of Eastern Moravia (Zlín Region). The region has a great potential for the organisation of conferences and incentive events which is confirmed apart from other things by the organisation of the first meeting of the Ministers of Labour and Social Affairs within the Czech Presidency of the EU held outside Prague in January 2009.
The East Moravia Convention Bureau has been established in order to promote the convention tourism and its task is to support this segment of tourism (MICE – meetings, incentives, congress, and events) in the region.

- Support in the planning of the MICE events in the Zlín Region
- Comprehensive information concerning the offer of convention and meeting areas
- Consultancy in the selection of adequate meeting and conference locations and adequate accompanying programmes
- Organisation of inspection trips for experts and journalists

MICE locations and venuesLuhačovice and Zlín provide the conference facilities for the organisation of congresses and conferences for 400 – 500 persons. Other locations offer facilities for 80 – 120 persons. The premises on offer include modern halls (Zlín), facilities in historical buildings (Kroměříž, Uherské Hradiště), and hotels and leisure facilities (Beskydy, Bílé Karpaty).
